The man she was found with - 27-year-old Rian Rodriguez - waived his right to an extradition hearing.

"She didn't know how to get out it and if she did he would mess up her life", the friend said Frisnia told her.

Rodriguez and 17-year-old Caitlyn Frisina were found in North Syracuse Friday afternoon.

According to Rodriguez's arrest report, Scarlet Frisina had been calling her daughter's friends and discovered Caitlyn's relationship with Rodriguez.
