Elizabeth Warren of MA accused President Donald Trump of "slut" shaming Tuesday afternoon after the president said a female senator begged him for donations in visits to his office and "would do anything for them". Kirsten Gillibrand as someone who once "would do anything" for campaign contributions, a "total flunky for Chuck Schumer" and a "lightweight" - tweeting the personal insults a day after she called for his resignation over multiple sexual assault allegations.
"If @realDonaldTrump won't resign, Congress must investigate allegations by many, many women that he sexually assaulted and harassed them".
Samantha Holvey, a former Miss USA contestant who says Trump personally inspected her and other women prior backstage to the 2006 pageant, said the so-called #MeToo movement spurred them to come forward again.
Trump responded Tuesday, tweeting Gillibrand used to "come to [his] office "begging" for campaign contributions", alleging she "would do anything for them". "We're private citizens and for us to put ourselves out there to try and show America who this man is and how he views women, and for them to say, 'Eh, we don't care, ' it hurt".

In a press conference, Gillibrand continued to blast the president for his comments, calling his tweet a "sexist smear attempting to silence" her voice.
It's debatable whether Trump's tweet meets the dictionary definition of "slut shaming", but as of this writing Warren's tweet has gotten more retweets and favorites than Trump's original.
