"We get a lot of shoppers wanting to redeem their gift-cards", said Harker Heights Target store Team Leader Katrino Garcia. "They really support us and I feel like there's a new kind of convergence back to the downtown and shopping locally", he said. "Mostly we've had exchanges size up, size down", said Johnson.
It markes one of the biggest days for exchanges and returns.
