The Football Association suspended Manchester United winger Ashley Young for three games for violent conduct in United's 0-0 draw with Southampton on Saturday.

Young was spotted by cameras elbowing Southampton midfielder Dusan Tadic during yesterday's 0-0 draw.

"Young's charge follows an incident during Saturday's game against Southampton which was not seen by the match officials but caught on video", the FA said in a statement.
