Earlier this week, President Donald Trump said he's willing to protect Dreamers-the almost 800,000 immigrants living in the United States who were brought to the country as children without proper authorization that benefited from the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program under President Barack Obama-in exchange for a border wall.
White House Deputy Press Secretary, Raj Shah, said, "Well I'm not going to draw lines in the sand, I'm going to let the president and our advisers discuss these issues with Democrats".
Castro said on MSNBC that he wouldn't approve a DACA solution that included funding for the wall. It's unclear, however, whether they could pass the bill through the Senate where they only narrowly outnumber their Democratic counterparts.
Egyptian Leaders Accept Trump's Jerusalem Move
The New York Times said Saturday Cairo allegedly instructed talk show hosts to persuade viewers to accept the USA move. The other calls were with Mofid Fawzy, who denied speaking to el-Kholi, and with Egyptian singer and actress Youssra.

The Trump administration announced a year ago that it was ending DACA, which allows certain immigrants brought into the US illegally as children - often called "Dreamers" - to work and go to school here if they meet certain requirements. "But I would suspect that you will have the overwhelming majority of Democrats vote against it, yes".
According to CNN, Trump has indicated that he would work with Democrats on legislation to make the DACA program permanent if they agree to fund his proposal for a border wall.

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) signaled his optimism for an immigration reform deal under Trump, but the president and Congressional Democrats appear divided over what a deal could include. From day one, the Trump Administration has gone to great lengths to attack and vilify the immigrant community, and this latest move to use Dreamers as a political pawn is no different. "But our priorities are very clear".
The White House says the price of doing business on a DACA deal is several immigration policy changes, including at least $18 billion for a border wall.
