Fog, rain moves in as state warns of 'flash freezing'

The National Weather Service in Buffalo issued a flood warning for Livingston and other counties in Western New York around 4:40 a.m. Friday morning.

According to AccuWeather's forecasters, Sunday will be sunny and 23, the high will hit 28 on Monday and on Tuesday will reach 34. Total daytime snow accumulation is expected to be around 3 inches. Also, be sure to clear away any storm drains to avoid flooding in areas of poor drainage.
