Tracy said he chose to release the album this month because Hardy had recently reminded him about it.
According to the mixtape's listing, the pair made the tape "in a bedroom in 1999" but it was "never really finished".
In a 2011 interview with BBC Newsbeat, Hardy revealed that he began spitting rhymes at "14 or 15", and even had a recording deal before eventually getting into acting. Tracy wrote and produced the tracks while Hardy performed the songs.
