At an event in New Delhi, Xiaomi has launched today two new smartphones - Redmi Note 5 and Redmi Note 5 Pro. Jumping straight to the specifications, the Redmi Note 5 features a 5.99-inch Full HD+ display with a screen resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels, a colour contrast ratio of 1000:1 and 450-nits brightness.

The Redmi Note 5 Pro ups things to Rs 13999 for its 4GB/64GB version and Rs 16999 for its 6GB/64GB one on Flipkart and Xiaomi's site on February 22 at 12 pm. On the connectivity front, the Mi TV 4 comes with Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 LE, 3 HDMI 2.0 port, 1 USB 2.0 port, and 1 USB 3.0 port. Helping things along is a 4500k selfie light and AI-enhanced Beautify 4.0 to analyze a face and offer custom improvements.
