If you forgot or are not familiar with what Google Lens is all about, it's an app or a built-in tool that lets you scan real world images and then gives you information about it. Google first announced Lens during its 2017 I/O developer conference and said the feature would roll out within Photos for Pixel smartphones.
The feature does not only tell you what is the object you are pointing at, it can also give you other information like opening and closing times, what people are saying about the location and other information that you can usually get from doing a Google search.
