Jarvis Landry signs franchise tag with Dolphins reports say

Landry signed his franchise tender for the 2018 season Thursday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

After winning the Bills' starting quarterback competition in 2015 and making the Pro Bowl, Taylor's production declined in each of the past two seasons.

Landry made $894,000 past year, when he completed the contract he signed as a rookie. But the parties have been unable to reach an agreement on a long-term deal, and Landry's volatile personality has become a cause for concern in Miami.

United States adds 313000 Jobs in February
Economists had been expecting non-farm payroll growth of 200,000 and the unemployment rate to decline one-10th of a percent to 4%. Jobs grew 175,000 in December, 239,000 in January and 313,000 in February demonstrating a healthy and growing economy.

Jarvis Landry's days with the Miami Dolphins are reportedly over. Despite leading the league in catches, he finished with the 17th-most receiving yards (987), which means he averaged only 8.8 yards per catch. Receivers Kenny Stills and DeVante Parker are expected to return, along with quarterback Ryan Tannehill, who missed all of 2017 because of a knee injury. Miami is believed to be about $19 million over the cap. Acquiring Landry has likely changed those plans and the Browns can address a multitude of other needs. He also ran for 427 yards and four more scores.

The Browns are thought to be considering drafting a quarterback with one of their first-round picks.

With 12 picks in this year's draft, including the Nos. If the Dolphins do decide to deal Landry, it isn't hard to see why a number of teams would be interested.
