Michael Cohen reportedly negotiated a $1.6 million settlement on behalf of Republican fundraiser Elliot Broidy

Trump fundraiser resigns from RNC after payout report

"She alone decided that she did not want to continue with the pregnancy and I offered to help her financially during this hard period".

The person, who spoke on condition of anonymity, was confirming a report by the Wall Street Journal.

The woman's lawyer, Keith Davidson, also represents porn actress Stephanie Clifford - otherwise known as "Stormy Daniels" - and another former Playboy model, Karen McDougal, who sold the rights to her story about an alleged affair she had with Trump. Steve Wynn, a casino magnate, resigned as its finance chairman earlier this year following allegations of sexual improprieties.

Both the White House and Cohen have denied such an encounter took place, though a legal battle is ongoing to determine the validity of the NDA.

"I acknowledge I had a consensual relationship with a Playboy Playmate, " he said. Cohen is in a legal dispute over a hush agreement Daniels signed before the 2016 campaign to keep quiet about the alleged affair.

Protests were also held at National Institute of Engineering in Srinagar . The police in the region also confirmed the killings of four civilians .

The contract with Daniels closely resembles the one Cohen set up with Broidy.

Broidy, who initially backed Sen. He became Trump's inaugural committee vice chairman and had an Oval Office meeting with the president in October 2017, according to documents TheNYT obtained. Last year, he donated more than $160,000 to the RNC, the Journal reported.

Cohen's role in the Broidy agreement casts a spotlight on the combative lawyer who is one of Trump's closest allies and has prided himself as a key "fixer" during Trump's years as a NY real-estate magnate and reality TV star.

Friday's report is the latest in a string of damaging stories about Broidy, who has faced reports alleging he peddled influence with President Donald Trump and top administration officials to win lucrative contracts in countries including Angola, Romania, and the United Arab Emirates, for his defense firm, Circinus. Much of this reporting has been based on copies of Broidy's emails, which he says were stolen starting in December in a hack he has blamed on the government of Qatar and its US lobbyists.

In 2009, Mr. Broidy pleaded guilty to charges that he made almost $1 million worth of illegal gifts to New York State officials in order to win an investment of $250 million from the state's public pension fund. It was not clear if Broidy met with the president during that trip.

Those remains have been found in planter pots at a home in midtown Toronto where McArthur worked and stored his equipment. The remains of all but Kayhan have been identified among those recovered from the planters at the Leaside home.

The agreement says the model accuses Broidy of being the father, the source said.

Broidy apologized to his family in his statement.

Broidy said Cohen reached out to him after being contacted by the woman's attorney, Keith Davidson.

Under terms of the deal negotiated by Cohen for Broidy, who is married, the woman with whom he had an affair is prohibited from talking about the relationship in exchange for payments to be made over a two-year period, according to a person familiar with the details.

Broidy, a former member of the commission that oversees the Los Angeles city Fire and Police Pension Fund, said it was "unfortunate" that his affair - which occurred "between two consenting adults" has become the "subject of a national discussion just because of Michael Cohen's involvement".
