After a lot of drama, chaos, ruckus and hullaballoo, the Bharatiya Janata Party has decided that former Karnataka CM B S Yeddyurappas son will not be contesting from the Varuna constituency in Mysuru in the upcoming Karnataka Assembly elections.
In Badami assembly constituency, BJP has fielded B Sriramulu to counter Chief Minister Siddaramaiah. As per an official notification issued on April 17, the last date for filing nominations across 224 Assembly constituencies is Tuesday (April 24).
