Senior Lawyer and Special Public Prosecutor Ujjwal Nikam on Saturday questioned the democratic fabric of the Pakistan Government, by saying that the country's government is a puppet in the hands of its Army and its intelligence agency Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI).
