After an outcry, she said Tuesday that she'll leave Twitter.

The star is due to appear on comedian Joe Rogan's podcast on Friday.

And Barr has now been dropped by her agents over the racist tweet.

After the Roseanne reboot was cancelled by ABC, Roseanne Barr took to Twitter overnight to apologize again and say that she sent out her racist tweet after taking a sedative.

I give ABC credit for cancelling "Roseanne" - but this wasn't the first time, so why was she given this opportunity in the first place? "It was 2 in the morning and I was ambien tweeting-it was memorial day too-i went 2 far & do not want it defended", she wrote. "Forgive me - my joke was in bad taste".

The National Weather Service warned: "This is an extremely risky and potentially catastrophic situation". When asked to compare Sunday's flood to the flooding in 2016, Hemmis said, "I'd imagine this is worse".

Klepper went on to say, "Roseanne was just doing what she promised to do: show us Trump's America".

She has also criticised her former colleagues for speaking out against her racist tweets.

"As well as the apology, Roseanne also retweeted messages from fans showing their support for the writer, who had used the hashtag: "#StandWithRoseanne".

In addition to the continued royalties from episodes of Roseanne, other sources of income for Barr include TV cameos, TV appearances and books, giving her a total of $42million (£31.6m) by 2011. In another tweet: "As I called my manager to quit working on Roseanne, I was told it was cancelled".

Confirming the cancellation of the ABC show, ABC Entertainment president Channing Dungey said in a statement: "Roseanne's Twitter statement is abhorrent, repugnant and inconsistent with our values, and we have made a decision to cancel her show".

"I am hurt, embarrassed, and disappointed".

Barr sparked a storm of controversy in the U.S. overnight when she compared former Obama adviser Valerie Jarrett, who is African-American, to an ape.

In the early hours of Wednesday morning, she responded to those who had been jumping to her defence, urging them: "Guys I did something unforgiveable so do not defend me".

"I'm fine. I'm anxious about the people out there who don't have a circle of friends and followers who come right to their defense". I feel so empowered by @iamwandasykes, Channing Dungey and anyone at ABC standing up for morals and abuse of power. Today my words caused hundreds of people to lose their jobs.

In March, she tweeted conspiracy theories about the Parkland shooting survivors.
