Hollywood is sending warm wishes Demi Lovato's way after it was reported that the singer was hospitalized for a heroin overdose on Tuesday afternoon.

Talkshow host Ellen DeGeneres wrote that it broke her heart that Lovato was going through this. Azalea revealed to ET that she knew about Lovato's relapse and was anxious someone would use the news against her, but said ultimately, she was proud of Lovato for sharing her struggle in "Sober".

The rep noted that Lovato and her family "want to express thanks to everyone for the love, prayers and support".

Representatives for Lovato did not respond to a request for comment.

Our sources say Demi was transported from a home in the Hollywood Hills just before noon Tuesday, and is now being treated.

Lovato's tour was scheduled to continue on Thursday, with a performance in Atlantic City, New Jersey, before heading to Mexico in September for a string of worldwide dates that would continue through the end of November.
