Christine Ford's Polygraph Released: "No Deception"

WASHINGTON | Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh declared in a televised interview that he never sexually assaulted anyone in high school or at any other time in his life and didn't even attend a party where one accuser said he assaulted her.

Now we have the most shocking allegation yet, courtesy of Michael Avenatti, known to the world as Stormy Daniels's lawyer.

Sanders added, "The president has been clear: Let them (the women accusing Kavanaugh of misconduct) speak".

"What I know is I've never sexually assaulted anyone", Kavanaugh said in the interview, which was conducted alongside his wife, Ashley.

Mr. Trump has declined to dispatch the FBI to investigate Ms. Ford's allegations, and other allegations that have now followed hers, because he and Senate Republicans are determined to seat Judge Kavanaugh by next week.

Trump's escalation in rhetoric came as the Judiciary Committee announced the hiring of Rachel Mitchell, a lawyer who is "an expert sex crimes prosecutor" for Thursday's hearing.

Here’s why the market is looking past the trade war
U.S. companies need to do more than complain anonymously about their poor treatment - and then subject themselves to it anyway. We have given them such wealth. "We urge the administration to think twice before slapping on this round of tariffs".

Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh is set to testify on Thursday morning, along with his accuser, Christine Blasey Ford.

Kavanaugh and the White House have not yet responded to these latest allegations.

"I must also say that separate and apart from this nomination and the facts that pertain to it, I do not believe that a claim of sexual assault is invalid because a 15-year-old girl didn't promptly report the assault to authorities, as the President of the United States said just two days ago", Flake said.

"Swetnick alleges that she attended "well over ten house parties ... where Mark Judge and Brett Kavanaugh were present", and that she witnessed Kavanaugh both "'grinding' against girls, and attempting to remove or shift girls' clothing to expose private body parts" and being verbally abusive toward them.

"I think it would be great if a female reporter could ask you a question about this issue", Acosta says in reference to the allegations against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.

In her declaration, Adela Gildo-Mazzon said Ford told her about the alleged assault during a June 2013 meal at a restaurant in Mountain View, California, and contacted Ford's attorneys on September 16 to tell them Ford had confided in her five years ago.

United ended their weekend match with Wolves 1-1 at home, putting another dent in their hopes of chasing the Premier League crown this season.

Two affidavits, from Ms Ford's husband Russell Ford and from the coach of their son's baseball team, say Ms Ford named Mr Kavanaugh as the alleged assailant. And she was totally inebriated and all messed up, and she doesn't know. He also faces a second accusation of sexual assault from Deborah Ramirez, who claims Kavanaugh exposed himself and pushed his genitals into her face at a drunken party during the 1983-84 academic year at Yale University.

There was no immediate response by the committee to the AP's request for comment. She has acknowledged consuming alcohol at the time, which clouded some of her memories. People want fame, they want money, they want whatever.

Flake is among about eight senators who are undecided on Kavanaugh's confirmation, and he's the sole undecided vote among the Judiciary Committee's 21 members. Rather, it is whether his denials are more believable than her allegations. He and Ford are scheduled to testify on Thursday.

"This is beyond the Supreme Court". No woman would go through what Mrs. Ford is going through if she lacked a personal commitment to the truth.

Republicans hold a 51-49 advantage in the Senate and can't afford more than one defection to ensure confirmation without Democratic support.

Supreme Court Nominee: 'False' Assault Accusations Will Not Stop Him
Taylor Foy, a spokesman, complained that Democrats had "actively withheld information" from the Republicans until now. Ashley Kavanaugh said during the interview that the allegations have been hard on her and the couple's two daughters.
